7. USE OF THE WEBSITE BY MINORS

Although this website is not intended for minors, they are permitted to access it. User obligations

AGS will have a period of 30 days to assess the situation of said User with respect to all the services to which he/she has subscribed and, if applicable, to issue an invoice for all the amounts which, upon receipt of the request for cancellation, are pending collection.

If there is no amount pending settlement and/or collection, the cancellation shall take effect immediately. Otherwise, the cancellation shall be subject to the effective collection of such amounts by AGS.

The User is responsible for the proper use of the Website and the services contracted from or through it. Any improper use of the services by the User will result in immediate exclusion from the Website with the loss of their status as a registered User of same, without the right to any compensation whatsoever and without prejudice to the corresponding legal actions that AGS may take.

Any type of action on the part of the User that could put at risk or damage systems, equipment or services accessible directly or indirectly through the Website, will entail their immediate exclusion from the Website with the loss of their status as a registered User of same, without the right to any compensation and without prejudice to the corresponding legal actions that may be taken by AGS.

Any type of action by the User that violates these terms and conditions, the Particular Conditions that may govern specific Services, the Law or generally accepted moral standards, will result in the immediate exclusion of the User from the Website with the loss of his/her status as a registered User of same, without the right to any compensation and without prejudice to the corresponding legal actions that may be taken by AGS.

If false personal and/or professional data is provided by the User during the registration process on the Website or for any of the services provided from or through the Website, this may lead to immediate exclusion from the Website with the loss of their status as a registered User of same, without the right to any compensation and without prejudice to the corresponding legal actions that may be taken by AGS or third parties.

The User shall be solely liable for any claim or legal action, judicial or extrajudicial, initiated by third parties both against the User and AGS, based on any use of the services which is in violation of the law, ethics, good faith and generally accepted moral standards.

For the purposes of making the appropriate notifications, AGS designates the address specified in the heading of these terms and conditions as its contact address.

The e-mail address provided by the User during the registration process on the Website will be used by AGS for the purpose of sending notifications to the User.

The User is obliged to keep the data referred to in this clause duly updated for the purposes of notifications.

All Notifications made by AGS to the User shall be considered validly made if they have been made using the data and through the means indicated above. AGS shall not be liable for any damage that may occur due to the User's failure to keep his/her contact details up to date.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The activity carried out through the website www.bewanted.com is subject to the applicable Spanish legislation in force.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, and any dispute, claim or litigation relating thereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Madrid.
