The infrastructure behind talent communities

beWanted was built on one conviction: the best opportunities come through trusted communities, not mass databases.

Our mission

Give community managers — universities, associations, business schools, professional networks — the infrastructure to truly know their talent, support it over time, and connect it with the right companies. Always with the human manager at the centre and AI as an amplifier, never the other way around.

The story

beWanted started as a university job board. We quickly realised the problem was not finding candidates — it was building the trust relationship that gets the right opportunities to the right people. So we pivoted to community infrastructure: tools that let the experts who already know their talent operate that relationship in a professional, scalable, and sustainable way.

What sets us apart

Human experts, not algorithms

Every community has a real manager who knows their talent closely. AI helps, but the decision and the trust relationship are always human.

Communities, not directories

We are not a job board or a CV database. We are the infrastructure for communities that already exist to operate better.

Transparent model

The manager controls who joins, which companies get access, and how their community presents itself. No one extracts data or compromises the trust relationship.

Human decisions, powered by AI

AI helps community managers evaluate, match and follow up with talent faster. The decision and the trust relationship stay human.
